Return & Refund Policy – Buy Nest

At Buy Nest, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.


1. Return Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • All original tags, labels, and invoice must be included.

Returns Will Be Accepted If:

✔ You received a damaged item
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ Size issue (applicable only to bags & selected items, if mentioned)

Returns Will NOT Be Accepted If:

✘ The item has been used or damaged by the customer
✘ Tags are removed
✘ The item was purchased on sale or discount (non-refundable items)


2. Refund Policy

  • Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where a damaged or wrong item was delivered.


3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for defective items or size issues (if applicable).

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


4. Return Process

  1. Contact us via Email or WhatsApp with your Order Number.

  2. Share clear pictures if the item is damaged or incorrect.

  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

  4. Once approved, we will share the return address and further instructions.
